Traveling on your own is definitely one of the most liberating experiences and something we highly recommend. Traveling solo is a unique opportunity to find out exactly who you are in completely new surroundings and without anyone around from your past to influence you. It does have a scary prospect but if you are in the right place, a solo trip has the power to benefit you for years or even a lifetime thereafter.

1. Stockholm, Sweden
According to some survey, Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, and
Denmark) ranked "the safest region in the world," with Sweden taking
fifth place. It has also consistently earned the title of the safest city in
Europe, not only safety you should visit Stockholm. There are bountiful
designer boutiques and high-street shopping.There are plenty of historic
attractions that are perfect for the sightseeing solo traveler, including the Royal
Palace and the Vasa Museum and many popular places. Also very convenient, safe
public transport.
2. The Karoo, South Africa
Most people who visit South Africa head right to Cape Town
or Kruger National Park, and while those spots are both popular for good
reasons. It’s safer than Cape Town and less crowded than Kruger. It didn’t take
long for the Karoo to feel special to me while I was staying on a farm there.
As a solo traveler, a great way to get to know the area is to do some kind of
work away program at such a place. With all of that space and time to feel and
think, it can promote a lot of personal growth.

3. Québec City, Canada
With its quaint cobblestone streets and historic
architecture, the French-speaking Québec province is a sight to behold. The
best way to explore this city is by walking it. The city is very safe. In the
only fortified city in North America north of Mexico, make sure you walk the
three-mile-long wall, take the tour of the ancient gates and fortresses. One of
the best ways to experience the place is on foot, but if you've had enough of

Yubeng is a remote village in the Chinese Himalayas that can
only be reached by foot or mule. So basically this place is especially for
hikers. Yubeng is peaceful in a way that much of the rest of China isn’t. It’s
great for solo female travelers , in the Himalayas, you’re more of an esteemed
guest. The friendly people of Yubeng are so relaxed, patient, and welcoming, as
are the younger tourists who flock there, often with some English-language
ability and curiosity about foreign visitors.

This is the perfect place for any woman to unwind and get back in harmony with her mind, body, and soul. While the island's incredible beauty will entrance you, it's the people that really make this place special. town full of artists, and people are incredibly friendly, living up to
that Midwestern charm. And you absolutely cannot beat the amazing sea
caves! There’s something really special about kayaking through them. Or
jump on a boat, sail around Lake Superior, and live a bit like Robinson
Crusoe. it’s a safe place with low to no crime, so as a solo female
traveler, you can even camp alone and enjoy the solitude.
8. Verona, Italy
Those female
travelers looking for some luxury during their stay should book a room
at the Palazzo Victoria. The interiors are fit for a princess; in fact,
they're so pretty you might not ever want to leave. And you have the
best seat in the house for people watching with views of the famous
Corso di Porta Borsari pedestrian street, all in the comfort and safety

person. Every Friday evening there is a huge Walking Street between the
Fisherman’s Village(a place in Koh Samui) and The Wharf Samui in Bophut. You
will find several things around the market. Besides the delicious Thai food,
you will find clothes, cocktails, and souvenirs for your loved ones.

Being an Island, you can expect the best seafood delicacies.
Not only restaurants and cafes, but even the street guys serve amazing tasty
delicacies. The foodies and seafood lovers, a must try option for you! And I
would recommend the street guys, it is indeed less hygienic but it gives the
best feeling.
4. Ang Thong Marine National Park
The major adventure activities are done here! The Ang Thong
Marine National Park is located off the coast of Koh Samui in the Gulf of
Thailand. You will get to amazing snorkeling sites(a must visit), to Koh Mae
Koh with its blue water, see the monkey rock. The site, I am sure you won’t
forget in your life!
5. Hin Yai & Hin Ta
One of the most popular sights of Koh Samui you shouldn’t
miss. It is the Grandmother and Grandfather Rock, in the local language, it is
known as Hin Yai and Hin Ta. The location is very good for photo shoots. There
is a history behind this place! I will keep that a secret for you to explore.
6. Movie night at the beach
This is a unique experience indeed. If you are movie freak -
grab this amazing opportunity. There are many resorts offering a movie set up
on their beaches.They have some specific days for the setup, generally, they do
this on Saturday and play your favorite movie. You can inquire the same at your
resorts.
7. Clubs and bars
If you are looking for party areas, Chaweng area is the
place. You can find a lot of clubs, pubs, and bars at the Chaweng Beach Road.
Soi Reggae and Soi Green Mango are the very popular areas for night parties. Although
it gets crowded after 1 AM, it is worth experiencing for once.There is DJ on
many beaches, open pubs, an area with full of light. It is very difficult to
have the feel of the night. It becomes even more lively at night.
