The magnificent 7 of Botswana
Botswana is famous for the magnificent seven. It is known to a lot of wildlife lovers but unknown to many travelers. The seven stands for giant animal species. The animal species change according to the wildlife lover. These are my magnificent seven. The Buffalo, Elephant, Leopard, Lion and Eagle, Hippopotamus and The Giraffe.

I have been to many safaris till the date and have captured a lot of wildlife in my coming. The magnificent animals I found in Africa’s Botswana, was completely different.
The roads are very sandy in northern Botswana. Due to the bumpy ride, we decided to make a slow progress. These precious months are loved most by travelers so there is a bit of traffic as well. It is quite funny that Botswana's other name is Toyotaland.
Elephant
We saw hundreds of elephants during the safari. Near Chobe River, there were hundreds heading to the river in the late afternoon. It was an awesome site.
Buffalo
Buffalo occur in herds of thousands. We saw more than 100 grazing around and steadily enjoying the field and undisturbed by the outer noise.
Leopard
We could easily spot two leopards on separate sides. They quickly made their way into the bush but it was fantastic to see them in the wild walking fearlessly.

Lion
A sporting lion was the best experience. I have never watched them in their natural habitat. We could see herds of elephants crossing and a lion was standing as the great king and witnessing the quite.
African Eagle
An amazing site with wild African Eagle. This was not expected actually, so were stunned to this amazing surprise by the place.

Hippopotamus
Watching Hippos is fun. They quickly disappear under the water and stay there for 5 to 7 minutes, and many times come out from a different spot. We saw 6 Hippos in the muddy water.
Giraffe
These animals are amazingly good at disappearing into the African bush but they are too elegant to be watched. African giraffe is known worldwide for its superior presence.
