A visit to Wanaka, New Zealand
Wanaka is a resort town on New Zealand's South Island. It's the gateway to the Southern Alps' Mount Aspiring National Park. It is a wilderness of giant glaciers, dense forests and beautiful alpine lakes. Wanaka is generally compared with Queenstown by many tourists. I would never compare destinations as they have something or the other to serve. Let’s have a look at the major activities and attractions.

This sounds quite unacceptable but it is the truth. A lot of those adventure activities I mentioned above can be enjoyed at a far lesser price in Wanaka than in nearby Queenstown. This is not known to many people, Queenstown is very popular for its bungee jumping. All these activities can be done at a lesser price in Wanaka.
The city gives you almost everything in a small, unruffled package. We were the group of 6 people and none of basically wanted to leave!
